The overarching goal of our research and extension program is to contribute to the economic and environmental sustaibability of perennial cropping systems. We seek to develop integrated pest management solutions for weeds and other pests using a variety of chemical and non-chemical approaches.
In order to find practical solutions to complex agricultural and environmental problems,we conduct mulit-disciplinary research at the laboratory, greenhouse, and field scale and extend this knowledge to our stakeholders through the cooperative extension network.
