Ninth Annual UC Davis Plant Science Symposium, May 6, 2020
Online through Zoom
The 2020 Plant Science Symposium at UC Davis will be held on May 6, and will be online through Zoom. More than 200 people have already registered for the event, and there is still space for more.
“This student-run symposium series at universities around the world is built to stimulate discussions about the future of agriculture,” said Cody Bekkering, one of the UC Davis symposium organizers. "With speakers and attendees from both academia and industry, the symposium series also serves to foster dialog between the public and private sectors.”
The day-long program at UC Davis is hosted by the Plant Breeding Center and the Department of Plant Sciences, both at UC Davis. There is no cost to attend, but you must register here. The program and speaker list are posted, but changes may occur due to COVID-19.
