Wednesday Seminar: Katrien Devos on grass genetics

Katrien Devos researches grass genetics, with specialties in millet, turf grasses and bioenergy grasses. She uses tools of comparative genomics, trait analysis and genome evolution. Devos is a distinguished research professor in the Department of Crop and Soil Sciences at the University of Georgia, Athens.

We'll have coffee, fruit and snacks. Grad students can get credit for PLS 190 - be sure to sign the sign-in sheet at the table as you come in!
