Dr. Le Wang

Graduated from Northwest A&F University in China. The major was crop genetic breeding (plant genomics). Bioinformatics is my interest and was learned by myself. Being Skilled in Perl, R, and Python ,and specialized in sequence analysis (DNA seq and RNA seq). During my PhD, my work mainly focused on constructing the physical map, sequence assembling and analysis for the chromosome 7D long arm of bread wheat (triticum aestivum). Being more interested in Comparative genomics and Population genetics.
